Dehydrated Banana Powder

We use G9 bananas for this process. Which will directly buy from farm. Our banana powder making machines should be made of food-grade steel so that no chemical reaction takes place while making the powder. All our machines are made of A1 grade steel. We Use water-cool grinder to make banana powder so that the chamber of the grinder remains cool while making banana powder. This will preserve the maximum vitamins in the powder. The grinder machine should be overloading protection for better motor life without controlling motor burn in some days. Banana powder packing machine should be sealed. If there is a small leakage of the bag, then the powder gets smelly and becomes useless. So quality sealing machine needs to proper seal.
